(a) whether ECS charges proposed and levied by the Postal Department in Mumbai have been withdrawn;
(b) if so, whether small saving agents associations, small investors, investors associations, Members of Parliament, Ex-Members of Parliament etc. have submitted representations in this regard;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the steps taken by the Government in this regard?
