Question : Construction of Houses in Maharashtra

(a) the number of houses built in Maharashtra especially in Parbhani, Mumbai and Washim-Yavatmal during the last three years, city/project/urban housing scheme-wise;

(b) the details of the cities in Maharashtra where the construction works of houses are currently going on, project/urban housing scheme-wise;

(c) the details of beneficiaries under these schemes, city/project- wise;

(d) whether there has been any delay in the construction works related to these housing projects; and

(e) if so, the reasons therefor including the details of the pending projects?

(a) The details about the number of houses built in Maharashtra especially in Parbhani, Mumbai and Washim-Yavatmal during the last three years, city/project/urban housing scheme-wise are annexed as Annexure – I.

(b)&(c)The details of the cities in Maharashtra where the construction works of houses are currently going on, project/urban housing scheme-wise and the details of beneficiaries under three verticals of PMAY-U are annexed as Annexure-II, Annexure III and Annexure-IV.

(d) & (e) The houses sanctioned under PMAY-U are targeted to be completed by the year 2022.
