(a) whether the employees and officers of Regional Rural Banks of Rajasthan had
staged a demonstration recently for implementation of wage revision; and
(b) if so, the reaction of the Government with regard to implementation of Sixth
and Seventh bipartite wage revision settlement?

(a) and (b)` Yes, Sir. The employees of Regional Rural Banks, including those of Rajasthan
have been agitating for sometime demanding parity in their pay scales with that of employees
of commercial banks. The matter is pending before Supreme Court. Final Decision is yet to
be taken.
