Question : Funds Spent on Dilapidated Historical Buildings in West Bengal

(a) the number of dilapidated historical buildings in West Bengal along with the number of buildings repaired during the last four years;

(b) the funds allocated and spent on the maintenance of said buildings during the last four years; and

(c) the number of tourists who have visited these buildings/monuments during the said period along with the amount of revenue generated from these buildings?

(a) There are 135 nos. of protected monuments of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) in West Bengal. The essential conservation work on all these protected monuments is attended regularly by the ASI as per the availability of the resources due to which they are in a good state of preservation.

(b) The details of funds allocated and spent for conservation of protected monuments of ASI in West Bengal, during the last four years, are as follows:
