STATEMENT REFERRED TO IN REPLY TO UNSTARRED QUESTION NO.1846 BY KUMARI SHOBHA KARANDLAJE TO BE ANSWERED IN LOK SABHA ON 03.07.2019 REGARDING AMENITIES AT STATIONS
Birur, Kadur and Chikamagalur are Stations in Mysore division of South Western Railway where all Minimum Essential Amenities are provided as per norms. At Birur, Kadur and Chikamagalur station, 2682, 1088 and 800 square meter of platform shelter respectively have been provided. High level platform are also available at these stations. Further, 11 stations which falls under Konkan Railways, platform sheds and high level platforms have been provided (List – Appended). Divyang Toilets are available at all these stations.
