(a) & (b): Yes, Global Investor’s Summit – Advantage Assam was held on 3rd & 4th February, 2018 in Guwahati, Assam with participants from ASEAN and other eastern neighbours. As per the information made available by Government of Assam, the details of participation are as follows:-
