Question : EXPLOITATION OF UNEMPLOYED YOUTHS BY PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES

(a) whether the Government are aware that private security recruitment agencies are reported to have been exploiting the unemployed youth;

(b) if so, whether minimum wages fixed by the Government for such workers are not being paid by these agencies; and

(c) the measures proposed to be adopted by the Government to check such exploitation?
