Question : OUTSTANDING DUES

(a) whether there are a number of telephone subscribers who are to pay crores of rupees to the Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) at present;

(b) if so, the details thereof, State-wise; and

(c) the steps taken to recover the dues?
