Question : BWA SPECTRUM FOR G SERVICES

(a) the status of introduction of 4G Mobile Service in the country;

(b) whether allocation of the Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) spectrum for 4G services to certain service providers has reportedly caused huge losses to the exchequer;

(c) if so, the details thereof;

(d) whether the Government proposes to inquire into the matter and if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor; and

(e) the corrective action taken/being taken by the Government in this regard?
