(a) whether the Government has any proposal to start short term course under Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) among the Minority population of Assam;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the North Eastern Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organization (NEITCO) has submitted any proposal under EDP; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and the action plan of the Government to Utilize the expertise of NEITCO in this regard?

(a) & (b): The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is conducting various training programmes under Entrepreneurship cum Skill Development Programme Scheme (Industrial Motivation Campaign-IMC /Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme-EAP/Entrepreneurship cum Skill Development Programme- ESDP /Management Development Programme-MDP) across the country for all the section of society including Minorities of Assam.
(c): As per records, this office has not received any proposal from North Eastern Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organization (NEITCO) for conducting Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDP).
(d): Does not arise.
