(c): Transfers and postings in Kendriya Bhandar are done
strictly in accordance with the guidelines on Transfer Policy,
which provide for a normal tenure of 3 to 5 years depending upon
the nature of appointment. However, the guidelines also provide
that an official can always be transferred prematurely in the
interest of office discipline, efficiency of work or other
administrative considerations.
