Question : Assistance to Underprivileged

(a) whether the Government is considering to make provisions for voluntary funds for quick assistance to the underprivileged people by the Members of Parliament during their visit to the constituencies;

(b) if not, the provision which the Government proposes to make as an alternative; and

(c) if so, the time by which the said provisions are likely to be implemented?
