(a):No such proposal is under consideration of the Government.

(b): Does not arise.

(c):The number of foreign tourists disembarked in India during the last three years 2001, 2002, and 2003 has been 2537282, 2384364 and 2750290 respectively. Details of foreign tourists visited State-wise and Year-wise during each of the last three years are given in the Annexure.
