(a) whether the amount allocated for education budget has been utilized fully;
(b) if so, the proportion of total education budget released/utilized on education to
increase particularly girls education during the last three years including the
current year, year and State/UT-wise;
(c) if not, the reasons for under utilization of total allocation during the said period;
and
(d) the steps taken by the government in this regard?
