(a) whether funds have been released to various States including Rajasthan to install solar water heating system during the year 2012-13 and 2013-14;
(b) if so, the details thereof, State/UT-wise;
(c) whether any time limit has been fixed by the Government to release remaining funds; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a): Yes Madam. The Government has released some funds to the various States including Rajasthan to install Solar Water Heating Systems during 2012-13 and 2013-14 under the National Solar Mission.
(b): The details are enclosed in Annexure.
(c)&(d): There is no time limit fixed by the Government to release the remaining funds. However, Ministry is continuously making efforts to release the balance funds to all State/UT on reimbursement basis expeditiously.
