(a):- The State Bank of India has reported that the Scheme for payment for ex-gratia lumpsum
amount in ieu of compassionate appointment was introduced in the bank w.e.f. 4lh August 2005.
The families of those deceased employees, whose applications for compassionate appoiitment
were pending as on 4lh August 2005 were advised to apply under the new schern:.
