(a) to (e): The number of Indian Information Service (IIS) Officers presently working in various Media
Units of the Ministry including Doordarshan, All India Radio, Press Information Bureau and Directorate
of Advertising and Visual Publicity in different States in the country and other orgranisations, is
given as Annexure. The services of these officers are being utilized for various media units as per
details in Annexure.
