(a) whether India and France has agreed to set up Aerospace and Defence Centre for Excellence in Bengaluru for imparting industry specific, high end skill training to make the available manpower readily employable;
(b) if so, whether the MoU has been signed between the two countries in this regard;
(c) if so, the details thereof along with the number of Centre for Excellence likely to be set up and the total costs involved therein;
(d) whether the said centre will help train engineers and professionals in industry specific skills in a bid to meet the rising demand for Make in India products in defence and aerospace; and
(e) if so, the details thereof and the extent to which the Centre of Excellence is likely to improve the skills of employable engineers and other professionals through industry focused skill development programmes?
