(a) to (c) The alignment of proposed Mumbai Trans Harbour link (Shivdi-Nhava link) crosses various installations of Mumbai Port Trust. The Mumbai Port Trust had suggested for change in the alignment of the project to the Project Authorities of the Government of Maharashtra. No further proposal from the State Government of Maharashtra has been received by the Mumbai Port Trust.
The proposal of Western Express Highway has not been referred to the Ministry of Surface Transport by the Government of Maharashtra.
