Question : USE OF COAL FOR COOKING PURPOSES

(a) whether the Government proposes to supply the inferior variety of coal or coal rejects to common people to be used as cooking fuel;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether this will reduce the dependence on firewood from forests in the country; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a):No, Sir. There is no proposal to supply the inferior variety of coal or coal rejects to common people to be used as cooking fuel.
