(a) the number of grants that have been given under the Science and Engineering Research Board POWER scheme (SERB-POWER scheme) since its inception upto February, 2022, State-wise, down to district level for Rajasthan;

(b) the details of the areas of research and institutions granted with funds under the SERB-POWER scheme, area and year-wise;

(c) whether any special provisions have been made for institutions of national eminence, and the total disbursements to all such institutions since the inception of the SERB-POWER scheme, if so, the details thereof;

(d) the list of maternity and paternity leave policies at institutions of national eminence with details of period of paid leaves, health care benefits, etc; and

(e) whether the Government plans to disburse funds to add non-academic perks like housing, transport and medical help, family care and health care for children under employment contracts of institutes of national eminence and if so, the details thereof?
