(a) whether, attention of the Government has been drawn to the report published by the Reserve Bank of India wherein misuse of the loan obtained by 1000 companies from the banks and Fls has been stated;
(b) whether the Government have identified those companies who have committed such irregularities;
(c) if so, the names of the such companies and the names of banks Fls from which loan Was taken;
(d) the amount of the tune of which irregularities! diversions have been committed; and
(e) the action taken so far against those companies?
