(b) if so, the details thereof; and

(a) to (c): Yes. Medical Council of India (MCI) has recognized the North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS), Shillong for Post Graduate courses in Anaesthesiology, Pathology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Microbiology and Cardiology.
