Question : SUPERSESSION OF SPECIALISTS

(a) whether the Government are aware that ad-hoc specialists of Central Health Services superseded many regular specialists appointed in CHS through UPSC;

(b) if so, the reasons therefor; and

(c) the corrective measures taken by the Government in this regard?
