(a) the domestic demand and supply of pulses in the country during each of the last three years and the current year;
(b) whether a large quantity of pulses has been directly procured by the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation and other such agencies from the farmers in Madhya Pradesh; and
(c) if so, the details thereof?

(a): Twelfth Five Year Plan has projected the demand for pulses by 2016-17 at 22 million tonnes. Demand and supply of pulses since 2011-12 is given in the Table below:
