ANSWER
THE MINISTER OF STATE (IC) OF THE MINISTRY OF AYURVEDA,
YOGA & NATUROPATHY, UNANI, SIDDHA AND HOMOEOPATHY
(SHRI SHRIPAD YESSO NAIK)
(a): Public Health is a State subject, therefore the primary responsibility of maintenance of Ayurvedic, Unani and Homoeopathic Hospitals comes under the purview of respective State/UT Governments. Ministry of AYUSH does not maintain such information.
(b) &(c): Public Health is a State subject, therefore the Ministry does not maintain the information. However, under Centrally Sponsored Scheme of National AYUSH Mission, State/UT Governments are eligible to avail Grant-in-aid for upgradation of AYUSH Hospitals under which such Hospitals may be upgraded alongwith deployment of contractual AYUSH Doctors and supporting staff as per the scheme guidelines.
