(a) whether the Government has brought down the number of coal blocks to be kept out of bounds for miners from 206 to a mere 35; and

(b) if so, the details and reasons therefor?

(a) and (b) No Sir. Parameters for identification of inviolate forest areas for mining have not been finalised by the Central Government.
