(a) whether the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited is giving any shrinkage allowance to the Petroleum outlet dealers in the country;
(b) if so, the total amount spent for the purpose during the last three years, State-wise;
(c) whether the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited is keeping pending the shrinkage allowances to petroleum outlet dealers of Kerala for the last so many years;
(d) if so, the reasons therefor; and
(e) the total amount pending in the above head?

(a) to (e): Shrinkage Allowance is permitted by the oil marketing companies including BPCL to the dealers of the approved markets and recovered through the selling prices. The name of markets in Kerala where shrinkage allowance is applicable are given in Annexure.
