(a) the number of licenses issued to foreign vessels for fishing in India''s Ocean Territory so far, if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether fisherfolk objected to the issuance of licenses to foreign vessels for fishing;
(c) if so, the details thereof;
(d) whether the permission/licenses issued to foreign vessels affected in any kind the Indian fisherfolk with regard to their income and job security; and
(e) if so, the details thereof and the action taken/being taken to redress their grievances?
