(a) whether the Government proposes to bring a legislation to regulate the field of online medical consultation in India;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (c): No. However, NITI Aayog has been requested to frame the guidelines covering medico-legal aspect of providing health services through Tele-Medicine.
