(a) whether the Government has received any proposal from the State Government of Rajasthan regarding the allocation of funds from the clean technology fund of the World Bank meant for power project; and
(b) if so, the action being taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) : A proposal titled “Rajasthan Renewable Energy Transmission Investment Programme” for an estimated cost of US$800 million, was received from the Government of Rajasthan for ADB assistance of US$300 million and CTF assistance of US$200 million.
(b): The project has been negotiated as a Multi Tranche Facility (MTF) and has been approved by the Board of ADB and the Clean Technology Fund (CTF).
