During the first year of implementation, i.e, 2022-23, the programme aims, inter-alia, at inviting States/UTs to prepare roadmaps called Strategic Investment Plans (SIPs), for development and promotion of MSME sector in the States/UTs. As per the RAMP programme plan, firm level interventions will be taken up from the second year onwards of programme implementation.
