(a) the number of listed companies inspected under Section 209 of the Companies Act, 1956 during the last five years;

(b) whether the Government has failed in protecting the interest of public investors by not enforcing the penal provisions by inspecting the account of listed companies which have diverted funds of public investors; and

(c) if so, the reasons therefor?
