(a) the extent of loss suffered due to droughts in different parts
of the country, including Rajasthan during the last three years and the
extent to which the agricultural yield has been impacted therefrom;
(b) the amount of assistance provided to various State Governments
including Rajasthan by the Union Government for the said period to
compensate the affected farmers;
(c) whether it is a fact that several States have not received
the sanctioned amount so far; and
(d) if so, the reasons therefor alongwith the steps taken by the
Government to ensure timely availability of relief funds?
