(a) whether the Government has approved 182 kms. ring road around Amaravati, the new capital of Andhra Pradesh and if so, the details thereof;
(b) the time by which the said project is likely to be completed;
(c) whether there is any change in the decision of the Ministry on the project in view of the proposed three new capitals in the State; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) & (b) The feasibility report for the Ring Road around Amaravati has been prepared. The approximate length of the above Green Field project is 189 km and involves an extent of 3325 Ha of the land acquisition. The land acquisition is to be done by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh. It is too early to indicate the time schedule for completion at this stage.
