The Company Law Board has a sanctioned strength of 9 Members including the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman. Presently, 4 Members, including the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman, are in position.
The Government has already initiated the process of filling up two more posts in the CLB.
This information was given by Shri Prem Chand Gupta, Minister of Company Affairs in reply to the questions raised by Shri Kuldeep Bishnoi in Lok Sabha today.
