Thiru T.R. Baalu sanctions six road repair works in Punjab

The Union Minister of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways, Thiru T.R. Baalu has approved six road repair works for State Highways at a total cost of Rs. 46.89 crores under Central Road Fund (CRF).

The approval has been granted for the following Six works in the District of Sangrur and Mukatsar in Punjab:

· A sum of Rs. 776.00 Lakh has been sanctioned for Strengthening of Bhawanigarh-Sunam-Bhikhi-Kotshamir road in km 18.30 to 31.00 of State Hihway-12A (SH-12A).

· An amount of Rs. 701.00 lakh has been approved for Strengthening of Bhawanigarh-Sunam-Bhikhi-Kotshamir road in km 31.00 to 45.22 of SH-12A.

· An amount of Rs. 866.10 lakh has been approved for Strengthening of Patran-Moonak-Tohana road in km 133.25 to 146.80 of SH-10.

· An amount of Rs. 873.00 lakhs has been approved for Strengthening of Patran-Moonak-Tohana road in km. 146.80 to 155.43 of SH-10.

· An amount of Rs. 715.31 lakhs has been approved for Strengthening of Muktsar-Malout road in km. 0.74 to 15.00 of SH-16.

· An amount of Rs. 758.00 lakhs has been approved for Strengthening of Muktsar-Malout road in km. 15.00 to 29.05 of SH-16 in the State.
