SIM cards are available on demand in all circles of BSNL including Basirhat Sub-division of North 24 Parganas District of West Bengal. There is no shortage of SIM cards in MTNL also.
This information was given by the Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology, Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia in a written reply to an un-starred question in the Lok Sabha today.
