The Union Minister of Railways, Shri Lalu Prasad, has sent his best wishes for early recovery of the President, Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. In a letter addressed to him, Shri Prasad has prayed to the Almighty for his speedy recovery. He said that he was shocked and pained to know that the President had a fracture in his shoulder bone in a fall inside the Rashtrapati Bhawan.
