The President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam will present Standards to the 81 Armoured Regiment and the 68 Armoured Regiment.
Dr. Kalam will leave New Delhi for Jodhpur on Sunday evening and will present the Standard to the 81 Armoured Regiment based at Jodhpur on Monday. He will then leave Jodhpur for Bhatinda on Monday to present the Standard to the 68 Armoured Regiment based there. The President will return to New Delhi on the same day.
