The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil has condoled the loss of lives in a road accident near Nashik in Maharashtra.
In a condolence message to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh, the President has requested him to convey her condolences to bereaved families and her prayers for the early recovery of the injured. Smt. Patil has also said that she is sure that the Government of Maharashtra is providing all help to the bereaved families as well as providing medical facilities to the injured.
