The Department of Revenue has issued following Notifications concerning Customs Valuation:-
(i) Notification No. 93/2007-Cus.(N.T.), dated 13th September 2007 regarding enforcement date of the section 94,95 and 113 of the Finance Act, 2007 (22 of 2007)
(ii) Notification No.94/2007-Cus (N.T.), dated 13th September, 2007, regarding enactment of Customs Valuation (Determination of Value of Imported Goods) Rules, 2007
(iii) Notification No.95/2007-Cus (N.T.), dated 13th September, 2007, regarding enactment of Customs Valuation
(Determination of Value of Export Goods) Rules, 2007
Notification at Sl. No.(i) above is effective from 13th September, 2007, whereas Notification at Sl. No.(ii) & (iii) are effective from 10th October, 2007.
