National Consumer helpline Records 10,584 Calls in February 2011

The National Consumer Helpline (NCH) received

The maximum calls were received from Delhi followed by Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, HaryanaRajasthan, Bihar, West and Madhya Pradesh.

As per feedback received from 750 callers, 603 complaints were resolved under convergence with various companies.
