The total value of mineral production covering metalliferrous and industrial minerals, excluding fuel, miner and atomic minerals in March, 2006 is estimated at Rs.1334 crore as against Rs.1159 crore for March 2005. The total value of these minerals in February 2006 was estimated at Rs.1092 crore.
