Shri M.M.K. Sardana, formerly Secretary, Ministry of Company Affairs has joined as a Member of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices (MRTP) Commission. Shri Sardana was administered the oath of office by the Acting Chairman of the MRTP, Shri R.L. Sudhir, earlier last week.
