In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President, is pleased to appoint Shri Rakesh Chandra Mishra, to be an Additional Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, for a period of one year with effect from 11.09.2008.
