For the first time, the Global Forum on Business Incubators is being held in India from October 14 to 19, 2004 to exchange the global and regional experiences in managing Business Incubators. Jointly organised by the Department of Science & Technology, FICCI and the World Bank (under the Info Dev Programme), the event will be inaugurated by the Minister for Science & Technology and Ocean Development, Shri Kapil Sibal as per the following programme :-
