High Commission of India in Islamabad arranges for quick processing of visas for relatives of those affected by the tragedy on the Samjhauta Express

The High Commission of India in Pakistan has made arrangements for immediate processing of visas for relatives of those affected by the tragedy, which occurred last night on the Samjhauta Express. The High Commission has advised that relatives may approach the High Commission of India in Islamabad (G-5, Diplomatic Enclave) for enquiries and assistance. To facilitate early travel of relatives, a temporary Visa Camp is also being set up in Lahore at the following address: Grand Hotel, 9-A, Davis Road, Lahore. Phone: 042-6360014; Mobile: 0345-551-4576.

The High Commission of India will also help in coordinating arrangements to enable expeditious travel to India from Wagah-Attari border.
