Expert Committee to Review Maintenance Work

The Minister for Culture and Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation Kumari Selja has said that a Panel of Experts committee has been constituted for every region under the Archaeological Survey of India to examine and assess the conservation proposals of field offices, located within the jurisdiction of respective regional offices. In a written reply in the Lok Sabha today she said, the committee is chaired by the Regional Director, Archaeological Survey of India and has members from different disciplines related to the field of heritage conservation.
