Shri E.S.L. Narasimhan, IPS (AP: 68), currently Special Director, Intelligence Bureau, has been appointed as Director, Intelligence Bureau with effect from 01.02.2005. Shri Narasimhan will succeed Shri A.K. Doval who is superannuating on 31.01.2005.
